With this beef fried rice, all you need are the basics. ground beef & rice. OH and i bet if you open your fridge you’ll conveniently have a few eggs … and maybe some leftover soy sauce packets from take out the night before. and while you’re at it, peep the freezer. i bet that bag of mixed veggies you forgot about are stuffed way in the back, you’ll need those too!

there we have it! lunch is served! literally throw all the ingredients in a pan, and boom!
