build a routine

some ways a routine can help you stick to your goals is by helping you stress less, sleep more, eat better and enjoy the journey.

having a realistic routine in the mornings can take the guesswork and stress out of it. plan out what you want to achieve and when. a morning routine can really help set the tone for your day and even increase your energy and excitement for whatever life throws at us! having a plan helps!

get a coach

to some of us, this is a no brainer. having a coach to hold you accountable, check in with you on the hard days and help you formulate the right routine and plan for you can keep your head in the game long term.

this journey isn’t easy. and doing it alone is just plain silly. don’t do this alone. get with a certified coach to help you get results and keep them!

track your progress

one of the most rewarding parts of a health and wellness journey is seeing progress. this can be weight loss/gain, gym PRs, sleeping more, drinking less alcohol, eating better and even having a more elevated and stable mood!

tracking these behaviors on a weekly or monthly basis can really show you how far you’ve come. especially on their hard days. it’s important that we never forget where we started, and where we are now.

if you are tracking and are not seeing results, this is a good indication to have a chat with your coach about changing the plan. it’s okay for the plan to change! that means you’ve grown out of the current plan you’re on. and that’s worth celebrating!
